Since your old tank how often do you change your water? As based on experience koi that hanging head up or head down without much movement is due to sudden water changes, I dont think its an ammonia or nitrite problem. Just add salt and put it in a swallower water until they will become active again.
: I purchased several Koi for a future pond and kept them in a 5ft tank and they seemed to be doing ok, I came upon an 8 ft tank and decided to give them more space. Since there introducton they have lost their zest and spend most of the day hanging in the centre of the tank. Would it help to warm the water??
: Help.
