right off, but I will research it in my resources. I have been told not to mix the fish by several major pond people....I'll see if I can get a better, more complete answer for you:-)

: I have a small 8'x8', 1000 gallon pond and i have one 12'' koi in it. I was wondering if he would do alright with a few baby bass(8''). I have heard stories of Koi emmitting a posion that kills other fish.....i was just wanting to make sure there wouldn't be any problems??? Thanks
