hi there how did koi emmitting poison? thats not true dont know about baby bass dont know if it is safe for koi mixing with baby bass. Koi is not harmful fish not like oscar, pacus, barbs or other agressive fishes. You wont be worrying about the baby bass you should worry about your koi so far dont even know what a baby bass look like.

: I have a small 8'x8', 1000 gallon pond and i have one 12'' koi in it. I was wondering if he would do alright with a few baby bass(8''). I have heard stories of Koi emmitting a posion that kills other fish.....i was just wanting to make sure there wouldn't be any problems??? Thanks
