OK people, their is an Australian Blue Lobster, they grow some 14", and even that he is small yet, they require a larger tank, and please don`t simbly say you water is great, that there isn`t ammonia or nitrites, even so there are other factors to consider and you have no test for them, and what about nitrates? i know nitrate is non toxic, but for invertebrates and corals they have their effects, even fishes for that matter. Just like a day ago this fellow asked me in the aquarium store why his yellow tang yellow color fading, and it was he isn`t feeding him proper foods. but first i made a joke about it that he can spray paint him yellow. If people want to maintain their selection of marine life and have them along time, have the proper size aquarium for each creature and give each them their requirement in nutristional foods and not to mention the best in water conditions. Now you take it from here ti correct what ever it is your doing wrong. ><{{{{"> Buddy

:call it what ever you want because noone can seem to agree on what an australian blue lobster is.I bought it at an exotic pet show and thats what they called it.It is about 4.5 inches in length. I have been trying to I.D. it online without much luck. It has been living quite happily in a 25 gallon tank for about a month now. the problem is that that edges of the carpace seem to be eroding? The edges are turning white instead of the bright blue that they used to be. This is only happening in certain spots mainly at the front of the body. i know it sounds weird and i can't seem to find an explanation anywhere i look. He doesn't seem to be bothered and goes about his usual business. anyone have any guesses.........i'm open to suggestions
