Crayfish are lots of fun. Sinking pellets will work, but they prefer other things too. They enjoy eating feeder goldfish or guppies(crippled or dead so the cray can grab them) veggies...and many other things. Watch it carefully, as it may decide to add fish to its diet. Although a bulky crayfish with heavy claws would probably not be able to catch a HEALTHY active fish, any fish that falls sick will usually be caught by the crayfish. But I would reccomend removing valued and valuable fish from the setup. If the crayfish eats them, it won't look very good to watch him gobble down your pet discus that has been your best friend for 5 years. Bottom feeders(like your yoyos) are in danger of being attacked much more than the rest of the fish, as are the fish that spaz around the tank. Dojo loaches are prime tagets as the crayfish can sneak up and grab them. They also eat plants. Shy fish are not good as the crayfish prowls the tank in a clmsy manner, and it may decide to fall from decoration and other things that will stress and scare the shy fish. But if you don't have any fish fitting into the categories aabove, don't have valuable fish in the tank, and don't have plants, your crayfish will enjoy life in the tank, and you will be entertained by its antics.
