Afican Clawed frogs stopped singing

I've had a male and female Claw frog for about a year now. The male was singing almost every night and would occasionally be answered by the female. Now he's stopped. I haven't heard him sing for months and miss it terribly. Anyone else have this happen? Nothing's changed in the tank. They share a 20gal. with a Two Spot catfish. Any answers?
