I'm very new to this frog stuff. :o)

I just purchased four African Dwarf frogs. I keep two at work and I have two at home and I keep them in regular fish bowls. I've had them for about three weeks now but am wondering how do I know if they are getting enough to eat OR if they are getting too much? My co-worker has owned three of these frogs and all three have died withint several weeks. However, many people have told her that she was feeding them too much. What really IS the proper amount? I feeding them blood worms.
