See the link below on how to whip up some medicated food. But you still need Tetracycline which should be available at most fish stores. The directions to prepare the food is given at the bottom of the link page.
Again, TB tanks on different forms. TB is present in all aquariums, and when the environment encounters high levels of either ammonia, or nitrite, the TB takes hold of the fish and kills all that are in the aquarium. But you have stated that levels have been normal, so TB shouldn't be the issue. With TB the fish also appears as though it's losing color. Sometimes, it'll cause a curvature of the spine, but not always as that is a different form of TB.
You are feeding the fish correctly with the tropical flakes, so am at a loss, unless you have live plants in the tank. I've noticed, with internal parasites, the fecal matter resembles white stringy stuff and is not normal fecal matter.
Internal parasites can come from live foods or even some plants.
What ever you do, if you have other fish in the tank, separate the sick one away from the others. If you feel you're unable to help the fish, please don't hesitate to put the fish to sleep. You don't want it left in the tank for others to get at it should it pass away and you're not around.
To put tropical warm water fish to sleep: Take a bowl of water and place in the freezer. Let the water chill til it's within a degree of the freezing point, or even let it form a thin layer of ice. Remove the bowl from the freezer, and any ice that may have formed. Net the fish and dunk the fish, net and all into the bowl of cold water. It will be only a matter a seconds before the body temperature drops and all bodily functions cease.
:and it dosent look like tb with the twisted body.. its like they go really skinny, and their head seems to stick out, like you can see the outlines of their skull their so skinny... hrmm its hard to explain...but theres no fungus or signs of dropsy, no red spots on body nor fins... no ripped fins...
