See if the pics look like your guppy. Usually be the time the stomach is caving in, it is too late for antibiotics. Eventually the spine curves to the point the fish starts "twirling." It can die quickly or take weeks.
If you do a search and read up on it, and decide it's what your guppy has, you might consider photographing yours and submitting it to Cecilia. It would be good to get more pics on her site, since the diseases look different on different fish. It might help someone else.
