:I have decided not to go with the fry tank but to add tons of cover to my 55 gallon aquarium. Can I let the guppy fry live (or die) on their own and still have baby guppies? I plan to cover the entire bottom of my tank with plants. How many would live naturally? If anyone has had luck with this approach please help!

:Thanks to all who respond,

:Joe

this is the first time I've ever had about 20 fry to survive with red tail sharks ,Indian alae eaters(commonly known as the sucking loach)adult guppies ,khuli loaches, neon tetra's ,harliquin rasboras, betta and platys. My tank is not very well planted but has lots of rocks ,fake plants that other fish can't swim through and something called a grass mat(fake)
