Salt is generally not safe for amphibians, but your mudskipper needs it. I think you need to put them each in their own tank.

I don't recommend either of those foods for mudskippers - they're too big and too hard to catch. If you need to use livefoods, blackworms are better (but of course should not be fed exclusively).
