getting a goby

hello

i was thinking of getting a goby i dont know what kind but ill tell my tank speks and see what you all recamend

20 gallon standard
bakpak skimmer
30 lbs sand (it is for reefs or a sw tank, im noit cheep and went to homedepot for it)
30lbs medium to small grade argonite(i know this canty be how its spelled)
15 lbs live sand
30 lbs live rock
100 watt ebojager heater
1 55 watt 10,000 powercompact
1 55 atenic blue powercompact
12 astrea snails
1 false percula clownfish
3 hermit crabs (2 redleg, 1 blue, going to get more tho)

so what do you all think?
id like a pretty sand sifting one or just a pretty one in general, that isnt too(well it could be, but im not that confident yet) difficult to care for.
