Mudskipper Questions

I've got a ten gallon with finely crushed coral (sand) and a piece of drift wood for land for one small female mudskipper, I put in a little bit of salt (what should the specific gravity be, I'll slowly adjust it). I can't get my mudskipper to eat anything not live, so what should I try feeding it (it's only eaten crickets and guppies as far as I can tell)?
