would be either live blood worms (A favorite of my five rays) or live ghost shrimp (THE favorite of my five rays!) While mine do accept the frozen worms now, they didn't when i first got them. If yours are fresh imports, as many are, then they are accoustmed to live prey, and in the process of initial acclimation there is little point in starving them until they take the food you think they should eat. This will only serve to weaken them. Get 'em up and running before you switch 'em over! Good luck!
