new rays not eating

Three days ago I purchased two teacup stingrays and have been attemting to feed them frozen blood worms they do not appear intrested when I put the cubes in the gravel am I dog somethign wrong? Is it to soon for them to be eating in a new tank? Ive kept all different types of tropical fish for about 5 years now and i have about eleven tanks and I have never run in to this problem with any other type of fish. any advice?
