Hi, I just bought a "freshwater" Snowflake eel. I had him in a quarantine tank with some little feeder swords. The swords are fine, the eel has a black/blue bulge in its neck, just past its gills. The water quality was/is fine. He never started eating for me, but I've read in several places that they can go for lengths of time without eating. Can anyone help me out? He was really gorgous and I'd like to try again, but not without knowing what went wrong...
