I just had my female Platty I had been waiting on for some time, have her babies and then promptly die on me! I couldn't believe it when I woke up to find her deceased! :Hello...I know many ask questions about their pregnant guppies...but I have some! Eyes began showing in the bottom part of my pregnant guppy about a week and a half ago...I bought a breeding trap thing...and have been putting her in when I'm not at home, taking her out when I'm there...NOTHING...She isn't eating now and sticks to the bottom. When she is in the tank, the males have been "nipping" at her stomach and today she actually swam into the trap when I tilted it! Also, the black is almost solid....she's quite large....I'm just wondering when I should expect this to happen...???
