I was wondering if anyone else has ever had their female platty give birth and then die very shortly after. She began having her babies late afternoon and early evening, when I woke up the next morning, she was dead. I am not concerned with water quality as I checked my water for amonia, nitrites, nitrates, and ph. Could the stress just have been too much?
