First off, i would suggest getting a definate identifcation on him and determine
what his needs are. most tetras are schooling fish and need others of their kind
to feel normal and at home. he could be striking out because he is stressed and
doesnt feel safe within a school of like fish.

if your tank can handle more i would suggest getting at least 4 more to make a pack of 5.
