I recently purchased a tetra and added him to my community tank. I noticed today that almost all of my fish have ripped tails to his constant nipping!! What is wrong with this fish?!! I had no idea tetras could be so agressive. I tried removing him but could not catch him...after being chased by my net I think it scared some sense into him...Now he has stopped and looks like he is trying to school with my platy fish...what is going on with this behavior? I believe it is a Silver tetra...resembles a pirahna in many ways or a silver dollar fish
