I agree with the previous poster. A school of neons and maybe some Corys.

Any small school of smaller neons will do really. Not nccesarily neons.

Just put in some live plants and maybe a small piece of driftwood and you'll have a beutiful tank.

I wouldn't get large plants though. They'll fill the tank. maybe just some ground cover. Maybe use Glossostigma and a stone or two.
