It is definitely a hillstream loach of some sort. Possibly Gastromyzon species. Looks a fair ammount like this guy (different coloring)(more muted, brown):

Pretty cool fish. That site has a section about setting up a "river" (moving water) tank for fast water fishes... hmmm... I'll have to think bout it!

:They like a strong current and lots of O2. Reportedly they are not very good algae eaters, they graze on the critters that inhabit the algae patches and therefore need meatier foods.
