I have had fairly good sucess with water changes and Aquari-Sol for conditions such as this. Since you are using liters instead of gallons though I can only assume you are in another country than the US so I don't know if you'll be able to get it there, and I don't know the meds you do have. I wish you the best of luck though, and maybe someone else on the boards will be able to help with what you can get where you live.
