HELP with Filtration for a 20 gallon hex

Would a Tetratec power filter 150 with the heating capsule and a ugf with Hagen powerhead 301 be good for a 20 gallon hex with one discus living in it.Would a reverse flow UGF be better?Will the water be to turbulent.I need help!!
