I need some urgent advice on what to do about my convicts.
At present I have 1 female convict in a 20 gallon tank along with her fry. These are 3 weeks old. The past few days I have noticed that she is relentsly chasing them and it looks as if she is trying to catch and eat them. I had to remove the male on the 1st week after the fry were free swimming as the female beat him up. My question is, Is she trying to eat them? Giving chase out of being board? or is this some sort of behaviour in her trying to teach her fry to be aleart and fear other fishes.? I really need to know as I am thinking of pulling her out, but maybe she needs to be along with them for more time.

All suggestions very much appreaciated. Thanks.
