He sounds fine, just sensitive to the water movement. If he's eating, his color is good, and the water conditions are good, there's *probably* nothing wrong with him. You may want to try one of the little pennplax corner filters. They fit in the palm of your hand and suction cup to the wall. You can get the cheapest available air pump to run it, with a valve in the airline to turn it down, it shouldn't create too much turbulence. :)
