hey im sorry for your beta! I would not treat him untill I try going by salt. Sometimes med can be dangerous.

Put him in a one gallon heated tank, the heat should be 82 degrees, and add 1tsp table salt for him. Morton or Hytop. Give him time, salt is the best treatment for any disease. It doesnt risk your bettas life like meds and usually works. And I would do 50% daily water change as he is sick and needs freash water. Also get a chicken baster (new) and remove waste from the bottom of his tank.
