1- next time don't post in all caps, it's harder to read.

2- If they're together, the missing fins are probably from the male nipping at her. How did you setup and plan for this breeding? How much research did you do? Have you looked at all the websites out there with instructions and advice on this? Do you have everything you need for the babies?

3- as for ick, isolate the female, and go buy ick medicine at your local fish store. Use according to the directions.
