How large is your tank, what do you have in it, and what is your exact ammonia level??

We'll help you get through the cycling process as best we can.
There is also something else you can do right now...if you know someone who has a healthy, established tank (several months old and stable with no disease) you can get some squeezings from their filter media and put them into your tank...you can also ask for a piece of their filter media...if they have extra to give (I keep extra in my filter for just that purpose).
The squeezings or the media will seed your filter with nitrifying bacteria and speed up the cycling process.

If you would rather, you can also take what fish you have back to the store and do a "fishless" cycle, using plain household ammonia.

You have options.
