Hi,

Freezed dried foods can cause intestinal bloackages if they are fed as the whole diet, but are Ok if fed with other foods. Freeze Dried stuff floats, so it's not that great for ADF's who only feed from the bottom. You could try tiny pieces of chicken liver, or have a look round your local pet shop and see if they sell: TETRA Fresh Delica - it comes in Bloodworm, Brineshrimp, Daphnia and Krill in a Vitamin Rich jelly - it sinks and is a great food for the frogs, it doesn't need to be kept refrigerated and is in handy sachets.
