Hi,

It doesn't sound like anything I have heard of before, it may be itch, but I'm not entirely sure that ADF's can get it. I would treat the tank with Anti-Itch tropical fish treatment and see what happens, it won't affect the frogs, and probably not the eggs. Do plenty of 1/4 water changes while you are treating them.
