diet for african dwarf frogs...

Hello. I am currently keeping four african dwarf frogs and feed them frozen brine shrimp (thawed first of course), frozen bloodworms, and frozen tubifex worms (I alternate these as to provide a variety in their diet). I have read that they should have foods such as turtle sticks and such, and purchased ReptoMin Baby (tiny food sticks for small aquatic turtles, newts, and frogs) but since it floats, and these frogs don't usually accept floating foods, they didn't eat any of this kind of food. Is the diet of brine shrimp, bloodworms, and tubifex okay, or should they have something more in their diet? Are they probably getting the nutrients that they need, or not? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Alexia
