:I've had my African Water Frogs for about 4 years now, and occassionally, these tiny little "things" that look like specs of dust that move invade the aquarium. I think they may be mites of some sort.. they are in the water and on the outside of the aquarium. I've gotten rid of them before by boiling the filter components, and the "toys" in the tank.. but I'd like to know where they come from (what causes them), and if there is an easier way to get rid of them. I hate them~!
