As an ex-acme person myself, I sympathize with what you are going through but would ask that you please read over ALL the threads by the mods below, PHGinger was very specific in how she explained things. Though many of us do not agree with the way they run the board, I would ask that you please do not antagonize them just because you disagree and you want things here just like Acmepet. This was their board before we got here, and they have the right to run it as they choose, every forum has a different "environment". If you enjoy this one, it is your choice to stay; they have many diverse forums here; but if you don't like it, it's your choice to leave and find another. It's not appropriate to stay here and make offensive comments and pick fights with them; that accomplishes nothing and will only result in you getting banned.
If you are looking for old friends, please check some of the many msgs from fellow ex-Acme regulars below, as many people have left contacts where they can be reached. Have a great new year everyone.
