Sorry to trouble you again... this is the last thing. Please just stay in contact with the other PH admin about the consistency of the ban issue. It was not you or PHChristy who actually created a ban on a friend of mine, who is not a troll and has been a long-time poster on many fish boards for many years. However, that is all I will say on the issue, because you are absolutely right, there are 2 sides to every story, so I may not know the complete one here.
