It is temperature dependant. At 80 degF (27 degC), they hatch at 60 hours. Any eggs that turn white or get fuzzy won't hatch. They are the infertile ones.

Angels frequently eat their first couple spawns. It may take some pairs a while to discover that they are making fry, not fish treats. They normally "mouth" the eggs to prevent fungus, and usually eat the infertile (white) eggs. Though sometimes they can't eat just one, and next thing you know, they are all gone. Not to worry, they'll lay eggs again in 10-21 days.
