Angels will accept another mate. You could see if any of the breeders at TAS (link below) are near you and if they have an extra female of your strain. (I have a surplus of adult males in several strains...)

In any case, you should quarantine and observe the newcomer for a month to be sure that the stress of the move and change of water types hasn't enabled a disease to surface.

Make sure you re-arrange tank (move stuff, add stuff, remove stuff, make it look different) just before adding any other fish to "change" the territory so that you male won't try to chase the "intruder" out of the tank.

They will act different, but they will pair-up. (Though I have a stubborn female that I switched mates on who hasn't spawned for 2 months now)
