:I have a sea anemone that has been healthy and lively for about a year. For the past 2 weeks HALF of him (from the top view - cant see his foot) has been full with tentacles fully extended, the other half totally 'introverted'. Last week i fed him a full silverside which he devouered and since then he's been almost completely 'introverted'. His color remains the same - he IS still large and somewhat swollen, so he's not totally dead.
:I've hyperlinked a picture that is NOT mine, but is a good representation of the kind of anemone we have.

:1. Any ideas
:2. What DOES a dead Sea Anemone look like

:thanks!

I have 3 anemones in my 180 and one the things i`ve learn is even anemones needs the help from other fishes, and since you have him for a year or so i do believe you know what your doing, for the fact is anemones are not easy to keep and what i mean by it to needs the help from other fishes he needs to be cleaned of dirt and deseased tentacles so now my question is do this anemone host a clown? ><{{{{"> Buddy
