Bubble-tipped anemones (Entacmaea quadricolor) usually do quite well under reef tank lighting such as VHO, power compacts or metal halide and with twice-weekly feedings of shrimp meat or small marine fish such as silversides.

Unfortunately, it sounds like your new arrival is unhappy about something. This could be anything from temperature to salinity to algae to nitrogenous compounds in the tank to fish or other animals bothering it and on and on. Without knowing all the details about your aquarium, no one could begin to tell you what to do. Please provide further information and perhaps we can figure this one out.
