my anemone is in trouble!!!

I just got an Anemone and 2 maroons and 2 clownfish. one is a little bigger than the other. the fight over the control of the Anemone and she doesn’t open as much as she could. the maroons try to get near but the bigger clownfish is attacking them.
can they damage the anemone?
should I separate them?
please help I'm panicking!!!
