Did you acclimate it well? Also how different is your water chemistry from the stores? Just because its shrunk, it doesn't mean its dead yet. It just might be really stressed. Give it some time. The main thing is whether you acclimated him well. If your water conditions are right, then it will soon come back out and move aorund to find a spot that it will like. If it is to die then it will begin to decay and you will want to take it out very soon because it will smell very very bad and pollute your tank. Also ,what kind of anemone it is?
