My anemone goes to the bathroom.

My anemone gets really small and shrivels up to about 1/4 of its original size. I was told that this is what it does when it goes "potty". At first we thought it was dead but it came "back to life" and it does this once every day and a half. The Clarki Clown pulls its doo-doo away from the anemone to keep it clean.
