Man, in a F/O tank their very hard to kill off, if it`s a F/O tank and you haven`t any real mean marine animals then one suggestion i can say is the copperband, but if it`s a reef, i found the best solution is peppermint shrimps, those animals are very hardy, and i guess you found out hard to kill. One way the can not do as well is they get little to no food, but understand they will still be in the system ready to strive when much food is available, but in the reef tanks with the peppermint shrimp in time you will not see them, but it`ll take awhile, once they killed half my polps and now i have 3 times more then before. In my 150 Dragon moray eels tank they strive because i can`t do nothing to combat them. But what i suggest is the best advice you will need. Happy Fishing ><{{{{"> Buddy
:I there.... new to the forum, but not the hobby. One thing i've never been able to cotrol is glass anemones, or aptasia. I look after several tanks here in Edmonton and many of them have these annoying critters. I've tried hypo/hyper salinty changes in fish only set ups...i've tried the "stop aptasia" product that is injected. I've tried injecting with calcium and hot water...
:nothing seems to work.
:In the reef accounts its hard to experiment with butterfly fish since i really don't want to lose the corals along with the aptasia. Any comments or experiences with them would be most appreciated.
